Our "Get Fit. Don’t Quit!" program is a free resource from BCBSAZ for all Arizonans. It has exercise videos you can do at home, plus nutrition tips, motivational interviews, and more to support your fitness plan. Jake Steinfeld of Body by Jake®, a fitness industry leader, brings his “DON’T QUIT” enthusiasm to help you move more every day.
Check out the extensive video library for fun ways to stay fit at home. Videos show you how to work out solo or with a family member, using gear you already have on hand, like your kitchen sink, a broomstick, water bottles, cans, and towels.
So it’s easy to get inspired and equipped to build fitness into your daily routine. Plus, you have expert guidance each step of the way.
BurnAlong subscription with Fitness Your Way reduced rate
If you are enrolled at a gym through Fitness Your Way, you can reduce your monthly membership rate to $15/month for three months with access to a three-month BurnAlong remote wellness subscription.
